Metal Spacers March 29, 2012

The spacers that come with the deflectors just do not fit into the window channel.  I have installed without spacers on two vehicles with no problems.  Also on front deflectors instructions say to remove paper from tape strips and install.  There was no tape on front deflectors.  Again I installed without tape and have had no problem - so far.

In-Channel Window Deflectors by Weathertech January 22, 2012

I own two 2010 Prius and, of course, bought two Weathertech in-channel side window deflectors.
This product is beautiful and sturdy. Most of all, it's very easy to install. On the second installation, I was able to create my own installation method by installing the clips last. It makes installation easier -- just make sure that the clips are properly installed.
I highly recommend this product!

Poor condition of shipping box September 13, 2011

Great service from your company and quick shipping at that, even though it was shipped FED EX general delivery.
When box arrived at my house it looked as though several large boxes had been laying on top of it and one end was almost bent over at a 90 degree angle. luck'lly the shipping box was a bit bigger than the deflectors inside and the only damage was one of the rear deflectors had a small chip broken off of the cornor of the insert portion of the deflector.---not a big deal
The Fed Ex delivery person did not stick around long enough to confront him with the shipping condition.
