Juiced Hybrid’s plug-in hybrid upgrade includes twenty PbA20-12 lead-acid batteries plus all high voltage components and control electronics in a secure welded steel enclosure. The enclosure fits beneath the trunk deck and above the spare tire so no trunk space is lost. Additionally, hydraulic shocks allow the enclosure to pivot out of the way for easy spare tire access.
